Today we look at 3 spices and the benefits they can have by adding them to food. It’s important to understand that prevention is always better than cure and one of the best ways to ensure we have a healthy body to fight off disease is by eating health promoting food –

Three Bean Chilli, Lentil Curry or even adding cinnamon to porridge are great ways to use these spices to promote health.
