Aristotle said “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.”
The last few weeks I have started doing a course in happiness. The course is from Harvard University and was the most popular course they ever ran. I’ve learned a lot and highly recommend it. Some of the scientifically backed suggestions include practices such as meditation, journaling and gratefulness.
